Delete your Hi PG account
Customers and PG owners can permanently delete their account and associated profile data.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to Hi PG.
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm. Password-based owner accounts must also enter the current password.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled Hi PG, email the monitored support address. Send the request from the registered email where possible, or include the registered mobile number and whether the account is a customer or owner account. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full identity-document numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PINs.
We will verify account ownership before acting.
Request account deletion
What is deleted
- Login identifiers and the ability to access the account.
- Active sessions, refresh tokens, password-reset tokens, and push tokens.
- Profile/contact information and support-message content.
- Private profile, customer identity, and owner KYC/property files.
- Owner listings are unpublished, and supported future AutoPay mandates are stopped.
What may be retained
Limited anonymized booking, payment, receipt, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal-acceptance records may be retained where necessary for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or regulatory obligations. Retained records are disconnected from login identifiers and are not used to recreate the account.
Important before deleting
Deleting an account does not itself cancel an accommodation agreement, erase an amount already due, or create a refund. If you have an active stay, pending refund, direct-payment dispute, deposit settlement, or support case, contact hipg.support@gmail.com first.
Processing
In-app deletion begins immediately after successful verification. Email requests are handled within a reasonably prompt period after ownership verification. External storage/provider cleanup may complete through controlled retries. We will communicate if additional verification or a lawful retention requirement affects the request.
